Does mage bonus have effect with slayer dart

 

 

 

He says it does

 

But why does everybody barrow with gear thats like -100 mage bonus and do good hits?

 

 

 

So who was right, Him or me? :-w

Yes, magic bonus does affect it. The only reason you hit good on the barrows is because they have like -150 mage defense.

what the above poster said and most people have like -25 mage bonus at most. The barrow brothers have such low mage levels and mage defense that mage bonus doesnt matter much.

Go try and kill some other monsters with barrowing gear and you'll understand.

It does, but not much, you get a few more zero's then you'd normally have with plus magic bonus, nothing you can really tell.

Magic bonus does effect the power of slayer dart like with every other spell, But the Barrows Brothers magic defence sucks so badly that it makes little to no difference if you cast in full melee gear.

The barrows brothers just happen to be really vulnerable to magic attacks, that is why you can hit well against them with a negative mage bonus.
