The name basically takes care of the question. Which one, if I do the mining and smithing would earn me the most money/hour? And help up my mining and smithing levels quicker.

Cannonballs would help your smithing out faster I believe since you make steel bars + cballs and you will make more money this way as well.

 

 

 

Iron knives will make your mining go up faster since its faster to mine iron than both iron and coal.
