snake6man Posted December 26, 2007 Share Posted December 26, 2007 I just got a new widescreen monitor for christmas, and it streches runescape really strangely. my inventory is a square now, my bank is a very long rectangle, and i look really fat :( this also happens to picture backgrounds. is there any way to fix this? Cruiser Posted December 26, 2007 Share Posted December 26, 2007 You need to adjust your screen resolution to fit the new screen. Right click on the desktop and go to 'Properties'. Go to the settings tab and adjust the screen resolution to fit the screen. You should be able to look up the monitor model on the manufacturer's website to find the native resolution (the best fit for that screen) to use in the settings. I've tried all the diffent resolutions and 1440x900 is the only one that dosnt strech pictures and runescape. is there any other way i can make the runescape screen bigger without making it widescreen?
