December 28, 200718 yr Ok i got DFS :D Sold guthan to get it though, so i need a place to train to get my lvls. I been at giant spiders at stronghold, but they hurt a bit lol and i cant regen train there: Regen train- no need of food, hp regen fast before they damaged u. Im 99 def, and i can get trout or salmon to use to get my lvls. But im hoping to regen train spot, but if i wanna use salmon or trout i want a real good exp rate. Any tips?
December 28, 200718 yr I'd say Flesh Crawlers are one of the best, they're max hit is one, and you can get decent xp there. You can fish salmon/trout in the river if you want; I can stay down there for hours on end with one load of fish with 70 def in f2p. Id assume they would hit 10's at least 3-6 times an hour give or take a couple times. Im assuming. When I was wearing rune pl8 and d skirt + defender. I didn't have to switch to my guthans but once every 10-20 mins. Apparently, my signature was to big.
