As you can see, the rune pik, plate, and legs protect over the dragon boots :-k . Is this a bug?

Dragon Drops:1, D med

Barrows Drops:None

No the rune is probably just more expensive than the boots. They still don't use the GE prices for items kept I believe.

Definately not a bug. Dragon boots high alch for only 12k, the other rune items alch for a lot more.
