Btw i don't want to kill metal dragons.

Metals really would be your best bet, I just bought 100k slayer darts to use there, and at DK's for 99 mage.

 

 

 

I would try Tzhaars possibly? They have very low defense against melee and range from what I have seen, but only seen lower levels maging so really cant say what their mage defense is. I did one range level there, 93-94 I believe and got like 2 mauls, 1 shield and 2 capes which isnt terrible.
