Did you not get enough on-topic answers in your original thread? you're not going to hear anything different in this one.. green d hide bodies, some rune items, things you make yourself. kind of pointless to remake the thread.

There is no best item to alch, it depends on how you obtain the items and the natures you use to alch with.
