Players cannot get runes that are required to have a higher Runecrafting then there own

 

 

 

...........They didn't remove trading. People can just buy runes from a store or players or the grand exchange.

Dragon Drops - 4 Axes, 2 Left Halfs, 1 Med, 3 Legs, 1 Skirt.

Barrow Drops - Lots, I lost count.
