I killed him once too. Don't use poison weapons. it can be solved by logging in again.

 

 

 

And btw, you arent supposed to beat him

To defeat him you do not even have to kill him.

Dont kill him, just put auto retal of and wait for him to continue talking to you-go through the questions that wont upset him and he'll eventualy come to his sences, aru

When you kill him he'll appear again, after killing him make sure nothing else is attacking you (like scarabs) then select the option 'what on deities is going on here?' or something like that, then he'll recover his mind 'he was possessed or something) and then he'll tell you to speak to the sophanem high priest, and quest completed
