January 4, 200818 yr I'm taking a guess at this one.. I was "just wondering?" the time frame it takes their "customer support" to send a message back these days.. Well it takes about a day or 2 for me or sometimes a few hours, but with lots of complaints from kids and wanna-be mods I think it takes longer, but yeah really it takes about a day or 2. .. Some people had it a few weeks, not sure guess it depends on when they read it You are not alone, Our Father, God will always be with you.
January 4, 200818 yr It depends how busy they are sorting out reports, ban appeals, and other messages from players. It can also depend on the time of day or week it is, and also whether it's a holiday or not. With Christmas and the New Year just passed, I'd think they're still pretty backlogged. I'm sure you'll get a reply eventually though. :D
January 4, 200818 yr depends on when you sned the msg. If jagex support is busy at that moment, it'll take a while, and visa versa.
