I took these steps:

 

 

 

1. I created a sig using Paint that was under the size and kb limit.

 

 

 

2. I uploaded the picture on imageshack

 

 

 

3. I copied into my signature space and attached the tags.

 

 

 

This is what it looked like finished with tags:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Someone plz tell me what i left out/ have left to do.

Well, if you get the page thing as a link, click it. Then right-click the image and copy the URL of it.. Then do the tags.
