is it "legal" to use? I've seen a lot of people use it and some people recommend it. So, is it safe/legal? and by legal I mean jagex wont ban me or something for using it

Yes its a 3rd party application, but according to the rules a 3rd party program should give you no advantage over others.

 

 

 

All swiftswitch does is connect irc with rs and that is not against the rules. Though it is sort of looked down upon here on tif.

I used it for a while, but the price guides are out of date. And yes its safe, just virus scan it just incase.
