Talismans for rc leveling

Given the Grex, are there enough rc talismans out there to make binding them to tiaras a reasonable way of leveling runecrafting?

I think BECAUSE of the GE every high level F2P crafter with some common sence has put a offer for tallys so getting them is basic impossible anymore.

 

 

 

It is a very good way of runecrafting because the exp is great, the problem is getting the stupied tallys.

You could try to start an offer with enough tallys for the level you desire, MAX price at GE, then go do something else, when you see the offer is updated go and you should have the tallys
