In the knowledge base article for 'Woodcutting - Extra Features", JaGex states that the xp given for making a canoe is as follows:

 

 

 

Log - 0

 

Dugout - 30

 

Stable Dugout - 60

 

Waka - 120

 

 

 

The values listed in the woodcutting guide are all 30 xp higher. I have not checked this in-game however.

So dragontotem checked it in game for me, and our guide is correct. Guess Jagex makes mistakes sometimes, lol.
