What about if someone Joked around a bit, saying if one of their friends or something showed up, and they were famous or high leveled of some sort, and said, oh such and such, lets spam him! And afterwards saying lol. People would obviously take this the wrong way, what if they thought you really were some jerk trying to break rules, where in fact you were just trying to make a joke? I've known people practically banned for this. Dude, maybe the person who started it considers that as a "joke", but I think you should really think about how the receiving person will feel.
