This picture is made entirely from Photoshop CS3 Filters.

 

I tried to make it look as though the reflection of clouds and moonlight were being seen on water, and to create a "dreamy" effect.

Remember, that picture was made purely out of filters. It's kind of hard to make a moon out of filters only.

I was going to make it again, with a moon, but halfway through, decided to just make something completely different. :
