January 16, 200818 yr Surpised to see this question coming from such an old player. :) Make sure you've completed Wolf Whistle first. There are 3 Summoning Shops in Runescape right now, all of them are tied to the Summoning recharge Obelisks. Your best bet for a close shop to a bank would be either Taverly Summoning Shop (Pickupstix quest start point, just trade him), or slightly closer to a bank is Gu'Tanoth Summoning Shop which can be found just before the gates to Gu'Tanoth. :wink:
