Only in the rogues den.

You can buy them from Martin Thwait in Rogues Den in Burthrope. You need 50 agility and 50 thieving to be able to buy from him. If you don't have that, just ask someone there to buy one for you.

If you have 50 Thieving AND 50 Agility you are allowed to shop at Martin Thwaite's shop in the Rogue's Den. He sells bronze claws for 15 gold.

 

 

 

Or you can make them yourself with 2 bronze bars after you have completed the Death Plateau quest.
