As the title says, i need a NON expensive way to get herblore from 35 to 45 for legends, if such a way even exists. Any ideas?

serum 207 required cheap ashes, cheap tarromins and water filled vials are like 10 ea in Shilo village.

 

 

 

cheap i guess, especially when tarromins are very common and lots of people leave them on the ground.

Make Edgar rouse's quest, you get 10k herblore xp, then make prayer pots, not so much, so wont be expensive ::'
