I'm currently slaying Cave Horrors for the Black Mask, I need to know best weapon and armor combinations to kill these and not take so much damage. Thank You.

Bring full Karils, a Melee Shield, and Bones to Peaches.. That will allow you to stay a full task without banking.

You could also kill them in the south part of the dungeon.. They are sort of spread out throughout the dungeon, and there are 3 spawns together in the south. Use a world with a high number of people, so you get fast spawns.

I wore zammy d hide, black mask, rune defender, whip, d boots, zammy cape, fury. I lasted my entire task and had to drop food sometimes to make room for drops. I took my terrorbird with me but I only used like 2 pieces of the food it had.
