Mozilla Firefox Volume Question.

Featured Replies

I'm using Mozilla Firefox and i don't have any volume when i play runescape. I have my speakers turned on and i've tried using the volume controls. Can anybody help me with this? Thanks.

It's bad programming on Jagex's part. This is a common problem.

For sound I would suggest using the rs client and not Firefox.

Also try searching next time, this has been asked and answered quite a lot of times.

Most likely either your speakers, wireing, or sound card. If not any of those, maybe java?

My volume works on internet explorer...but not Mozilla so its not it's not any sound hardware stuff. I know it has something to do with Mozilla.

As Phil said, it's a known issue.

I belive Hannibal also posted a quote by Andrew on the issue.

Maybe they should replace the "New Topic" button to link somewhere else ;)

Might be the soundcard, because I tried with just plugging headphones into the computer and it was still off =\
