Players should be able to reorganize the quickchat menu based on what phrases they use most. This would make quickchat a thing of convenience and speed as it was intended, instead of just a clunky system that only muted players use.

Spammers could customise their hotkeys with

and spam like they've never spammed before.

But letters on your keyboard instantly select an option, you just need to memorize like 3-4 letters/numbers.
