The barrows "brothers" are all male, i'm assuming, so maybe their just scottish and wearing kilts instead of skirts. :lol:

I fail to see how a large [bleep]ed helmet with large [bleep]ed weapons is remotely feminine. The roman leigons wore upper leg armor resembling skirts, and they're not in any way feminine.

and are you saying there is a problem with amles being feminine?

I think many of the "girlish" armors look better than the conventional bulky pl8 and legs. It's nice that there's something else than just the colour to distinguish the sets from each other.
