I'm wondering where the closest fishing shop to a bank is? I need to buy harpoons (for a tertiary summoning ingredient), is the Catherby fishing shop the closest shop to a bank?

I thought it was the Fishing Guild too, but the Fishing Guild Shop does NOT carry harpoons, just feathers/bait in the main stock and fish in the player stock.
