June 17, 200818 yr Well I wouldn't know personally, because I only have 60. But at level 83 you'll be able to catch all the implings, which is kinda handy, and if you sold all the red chins you caught you'd make a lot of money. So, the skill in itself may not be necessary to train that high, but there are monetary advantages I suppose. :)
