If im in the tzhaar place, using verracs brassard, with a hally and a safespot, does the brassy degrade? I think its dependant on the number of times you get attacked, but I dont know, it could be dependant on the hits you give out.

Barrows degrades whenever you're in combat - as long as you're dealing damage or getting dealt damage. It always lasts 15 hours, no matter how much damage.
