if you mean banking,there is a summoning familiar who teles you right next to iron.

*Very* close to the phiscatoris mine it teleports you, there are three rocks in a triangle there. Tele back to cwars after mining.

 

I was able to do 1.1-1.2k ores per hour, so that easily pays for the kyatt pouch you use to tele there, and you don't get rsi because you won't have to drop all the ores.
