My goals...

Well, i finally figured out a way to FOCUS on my task, and i realized that it was because i couldn't see direct results of my efforts that i quit almost before i began. So im going for a really high level in magic. To get magic levels, i figured i'd alch, but then i didn't want to buy the runes, so i decided to make them. It's easy enough, but...i don't like the abyss, idk why, but i just don't like running around getting hit. So now...I've decided to get 57 summoning, from 45......For the spirit graayhk.

 

 

 

What i'm asking, is could someone take my actual current experience points in summoning, and find the CHEAPEST/XP way to get to 57. I'm not exactly cheap, i just don't think i want to be doing green charms the entire way there... Since crimsom seems to be the best xp/shard out there.

 

 

 

Also, could someone give an educated guess around how much i'll spend, i have 8mil, so i can afford it.

 

 

 

Another question is, should i mine my own pure ess for natures, or buy them? (after i get the summoning of course)

 

 

 

P.S. I've read countless guides (mainly 2, and i quickly scanned a boring one) and i know what to make, which are cheapest, i just can't decide how to use my charms.

Do whatever to get to 46, then do pyrelords to 49 (about 118 pyrelords, 13,098 shards from BASE xp of 46), then bloated leeches to 52 (about 149 to 52, 17,433 shards from BASE xp of 49), then terrorbirds to 57 (about 1,164 to 57, 13,968 shards from BASE xp of 52). If you didn't want to do terrorbirds (like me, saving them for when you actually can use them instead of just training), do bloated leeches to 57 (about 519 from 49-57, 60,723 shards from BASE xp of 49).

 

 

 

That'd be a total of 44,499 shards. If you buy from Pikupstixx for 25 ea, that's 1,112,475gp.

 

 

 

If you buy from players for say, 23 ea, for 44,499 shards, it's 1,023,477gp.

 

 

 

Now, you can either trade that ogre for 70% of your shards, or hi-alching them.

 

Pyrelord hi-alch value: 1919 (226,442 gp for 118 pyrelords)

 

Bloated Leech hi-alch value: 2009 (299,341gp)

 

Terrorbird hi-alch value: 434 (505,176gp)

 

 

 

Hi-alching the pouches, you can get 1,030,959gp.

299k shards is if you go with terrorbirds, 1.04m shards is if you don't use terrorbirds.

 

 

 

I'd hi-alch, because if the calculations I do are right, which I'm not sure if they are:

 

 

 

For the pyrelords, it's 2,775gp per pouch if you buy 25 ea, 2,553gp if you buy 23 ea. Since you hi-alch for 1,919gp, that's 856gp loss or 643gp loss per pouch.

 

70% of 111 shards is 77.7 shards. 77.7 * 25 = 1,942gp; 77.7 * 23 = 1,787gp. 2775gp - 1,942gp = 833gp; 2553gp - 1,787gp = 766gp.

 

 

 

So if you buy for 23 ea, it's best to hi-alch pyrelord pouches.

 

 

 

For the bloated leeches, it's 2,925gp per pouch from pikkupstix, 2,691gp from players at 23 ea. Hi-alch value is 2009gp, that's a 916gp loss, or 682gp loss per pouch.

 

70% of 117 shards is 81.9 shards. 81.9 * 25 = 2,047gp; 81.9 * 23 = 1,883gp. 2925gp - 2047gp = 878gp; 2691gp - 1,883gp = 808gp.

 

 

 

Again, if you buy from players for 23 ea, it's best to hi-alch the bloated leech pouches.

 

 

 

For Spirit Terrorbird, it's 300gp per pouch from pikkupstix, and 276gp per pouch from players. Hi-alch value is 434...right there you can tell that's it's best to hi-alch these pouches since that's a lot more than 70% of the shards, although, these might sell well in GE, I don't really know.

Lol it's no problem at all, it's actually helping me out as well, since I'm workin for 70. And I had a task of fire giants, and wow, my charm count for golds soared, so I'll be using terrorbirds as well lol. I'm still figuring out if hi-alching or 70% is better.
