Where is it? And I can't do Shiloh Village cuz of my low combat. Any suggestions? And I am p2p.

Do Shilo Village as soon as you can!

Yeah I am a skiller though, so my combat is level 3 :-#

lvl 3s can do shilo

you can do shilo, just use recoils and have fried help ya, veng if possable and lower the monster's hp

Work your way to being able to do the Shilo quest. But you can try Barbarian fishing for fast exp, too.

 

 

 

But personally, I still like Shilo best for fast fishing exp. :-$
