I just got 55 Mage and I don't know what to alch. I want to either break even or make profit. I also want to make good mage exp too. I was looking foward to alching until I found you lose some money. If anyone has any suggestions please tell me. Thank you!

You can't buy items from the G.E., alch them, and make a profit. This is cause the G.E. prices are kinda determined by the high alch prices.

What you can do, however, is gather materials or make your own items, then alch them for pure profit.

Mine iron and coal and make steel plates then alch them.

Cut yews/magic logs and make them into longbows, then alch them.

there really isnt much that you can alch without losing money

the most common and available things are yew longs of course

mage longs you lose alot less money but harder to get

bracelets like emerald, ruby, and the enchanted versions alch for a pretty low loss too

but the lower the loss the harder they are to get
