I have 57 thieving and 60 agility, about how much thieving exp an hour would i get using rouge's den? If it is not good thieving exp for me rite now what levels do i need and what should i train on to get to the levels?

The Rogues Den isn't good exp at all. At your level, blackjacking bandits in Pollniveach is the fastest exp, and blackjacking menaphite thugs at 65. There's an excellent guide on it in player-made guides forum.
