Lep
Okay here's the dealio. I sold my laptop and bought a new computer, and on Runescape HD my computer runs every setting on high including Auto Aliasing when using windowed mode, but on Fullscreen I have to have Auto Aliasing off or I get bad lag. How do I fix it so I can use it on Fullscreen? I use 1280-800 resolution for my widescreen computer.
eggzs
Looks like your graphics card isnt powerful enough, as far as I know, the 6150SE is an integrated graphics processor and its not capable of doing Fullscreen Anti-Aliasing as AA needs alot of graphics card power to make it smooth. Lep
Oh, I thought it was NVidia when I bought it cause that's what the manufacturer thing says lol. AA isn't a big deal but I wanted to be able to have everything on high. :(
deloriagod
Whether or not it's nVidia doesn't mean it can handle what you need it to. If you want to use AA in fullscreen mode, upgrade your card. I suppose your graphics card is really dragging your computer down because your WEI is only 3.0 when you've got a setup close to mine. The only things I really have better is a 2.3ghz quad-core processor and a nVidia GeForce 8800GT (512mb) graphics card and I've got a 5.7 WEI score. If I upgraded my harddrive I could get it to 5.9 easy. Internet Marketing For Newbies

eggzs
buy a new card, depends on what kind of bus your motherboard has though AGP or PCIe. PCIe is what all the modern motherboards have and AGp is now obsolete.
das1330
Since he is running a storebought Gateway with a phentom tricore, the computer definitely has a PCI-E slot. As far as upgrading it, its usually as simple as popping the side panel of the computer and sliding a card into a slot. To run RS with AA, a $50 ATI 2600 pro would work just fine.
