July 5, 200818 yr use the gold bar on the furnace with the proper mold and cut gem and then choose the picture of what you want from the screen choices 1100 total achieved 03/02/09 880thousandth to reach it :P1200 total achieved 29/09/11 1.23millionth to reach it :P

July 6, 200818 yr You can't add a gem to already crafted jewelry. To make a piece of gem jewelry, do as awesome said. Blue is right (Hai blue : ) If it has already been crafted then you cannot put a gemstone onto it again. The only way is to make the jewellery again to put it on.
