July 8, 200818 yr Heya. I'm almost 65 Slayer, and I had a few questions about Dusties: - I have 77 attack, almost 77 Strength, 77 Defense, 78 HP, and Bones to Peaches. Would I be fairly efficient melee'ing them, or would they hit too high on me (or I hit too low)? - If anybody knows the approximate drop rate of a d chain, that would be great. - Will I still make a profit even if I don't get a D Chain drop? - Do you need a facemask to kill them in the Chaos Tunnels? - Any extra tips anybody has I would apprectiate. July 8, 200818 yr The d chain drop rate is about 1:15000 so dont kill them expecting one. They have nice general drops though so they do make money. And yeah your defense is high enough to kill efficiently.

Thanks to everyone that answers :thumbsup: I think your stats will be fine if you have decent armour (e.g. wear a rune plate instead of a torso, etc.). Just make sure you pick up the bones, and bring a few pieces of good food with you for emergencies/until you get into the b2p 'cycle'. Drop rates...Urgh..1/12,500? Something like that. Don't hold out for one. But ESPECIALLY don't go to Dusties JUST for a Dragon Chain. It ain't gonna happen (unless you're extreeeemely lucky.) Yea, probably. They drop a couple of rune items, and also runes + herbs. Make sure you fight them in the Chaos Tunnels. Much better charm drops.

July 8, 200818 yr I remember doing a task for them in the smokey well at like 85 85 85 and I could kill about 100 a trip with pots/food. With B2p you'll be fine, and they drop kebabs which heal 19. Kill them in the Chaos Tunnels. Come to #tip-it on Swift IRC, if you're cool
