cooking training??

I am doing the recipe for disaster quest and I need to get my cooking to lvl 70. I currently have lvl 56. I would like to know a fast way to train cooking and a more effecient (moneywise) way.

they are cheap and good exp but they might not sell

 

 

 

tuna is good 100exp like 120gp ea

 

vs lobsters 120exp 300ea?

Most things are usually around the same mark exp/money wise.

 

I'd do either lobsters or monkfish if I were you to make it nice and quick.

Well fishing and cooking or somehow linked. It's a advice to fly fish at Shilo, bank the salmon and trout, and cook them in bulk in Catherby (1 click walk). You can also catch lots of tuna and cook them, nice exp.

Don't start that... If you fish the fish, you can sell them for a certain profit, or cook them. Buying the fish just focuses your time on the skill you want to train at the moment, and then you can do something that makes much more money/hour than fly fishing to pay for the cost of the cooking exp.
