July 10, 200818 yr Isn't there a quest, that when completed allows you to talk to certain NPC's from a distance. I coulda swore there was one that once completed, allows you to talk to Bert (Hand in the Sand) without having to go to him, and some other NPC's as well. Thanks in advance for any help!
