Those smiley and stupid-[wagon] Zwinky ads are the worst ads I've ever seen (yes, even worse than the seizure-inducing "YOU ARE THE 999,999TH VISITOR"). I once even saw a Zwinky commercial on TV. What the freaking Hell.

 

 

 

As for ads themselves, it's easy. RuneScape Client + 800X600 resolution = practicly fullscreen gameplay with ads scrolled up. :D
