I made some antipoison+ for the first time, and when I finished I noticed that the vial had four doses of antipoison+ rather than the normal 3 doses. I made some other potions, but those all came out as 3 doses.

 

 

 

Has antipoison+ always given 4 doses, or is this an oversight by Jagex and thus should be reported?

No all potions are 3 dose unless u combine them maybe u combined them into a vial with antipoisen 3 with another 3 otherwise its a glitch i guess

For the higher level antipoison, you always get 4 doses. I think this is true of everything made of coconut milk. I doubt it's a bug, more of a compensation for the rare ingredients.
