it says i only need 50 range to use broad arrows. I am 55 slayer

I would take iron knives to ogres until you hit 50, it shouldnt take long at all.

I did that at yaks w/ bronze knives for about eh, 1-2 hours. Cost about 7k in knives, but if you have that cash. 8-) Ogres are also an alternative as are experiments and rock crabs. Yaks are probably better than all but hte ogres.
