If this is too complicated then as long as its black and white for the banner black ground with 3 of the four images and the Words Militos deci on it then its fine. The role of a clan leader is to make decisions for the clan, a leader dosn't have to run every decision by his WHOLE clan because that would be too time consuming. Another role for the leader is to act upon things.
