Soloing KBD?

I read some posts about soloing the KBD for slayer tasks, and was wondering how about to do this. Ive never been to the KBD before as a team even.

 

 

 

What is a good set up, and are my levels good enough? I would prefer melee if it possible

 

 

 

Stats

 

 

 

85 att / 82 str / 83 Def / 84 Hp / 70 prayer / 60 summoning (soon 68) / 70 range lol

hey i soloed the kbd today i got almost 4 kills per trip with similar stats to yours

 

i wore:

 

helm of niezkiot

 

ammy of glory

 

proseltye top

 

prosetlye bottom

 

whip

 

anti fire shield

 

ring of life

 

climbing boots

 

barrows gloves

 

 

 

in my invo:

 

4 prayer pots

 

2 anti fires

 

2 anti poison

 

dragon mace(for the specs)

 

rest of invo full of sharks

 

 

 

i also summoned a spirit terrorbird and fill it with food....

 

with this set up i could have gone on for more kills but i decided to waste some of my pots by praying piety and protect from melee at the same time.

Wear Karils, your black mask, whip, dfs or antifire shield, and besides that just your normal melee setup. Bring a teleport (like house teletab), a prayer potion, a superantipoison potion, a super set, an antifire potion, a few tuna (eat those first- makes room for drops if you get lucky on the first dragon), some monks, and some sharks. Drink one of everything but the prayer potion before going in. Go in and hit the KBD. Turn on protect from melee when you've eaten a couple pieces of food- otherwise you'll run out of room for drops and start running low on prayer.

 

 

 

It is SO HARD to find a world to KBD on nowadays that I just don't bother anymore. Used to do this frequently.
