iTunes Help

So here's my situation... I recently purchased a new pc and went through the process of authorizing it to play my library. Everything is working well, except the fact that I cannot play any songs from my library on the jukebox. I also can't preview songs either. However, I can play and preview videos, as well as do everything else.

Like I said, the computer is authorized, all of my drivers are up to date, and everything else works. The diamond on the progress bar doesn't move at all, otherwise everything else is fine. Any help is appreciated.

Tried with another media player?

I'm guessing that this is iTunes specific - but try it in Windows Media Player and see if you get any playback there. Be warned that WMP only plays WMA, WMV, Microsoft-encoded AVI (no XviD, but DivX is supported via a plug-in), Generic MP4 and MP3 with no support for external filters; so try with something like an MP3 file.

I think I had this problem a while ago, the progress bar just wouldn't budge when you pressed play. I'm afraid to say i'm not exactly sure how I resolved it, but I doubt it was anything more complicated than re-installing iTunes.
