Stats Are 72 Attack 74 Strength 71 Defense 74 Hit Points 58 Prayer (Have 60 Banked) 68 Magic (Have 55 Slayer) 67 Range I have about 2 million to work with and if anybody would point me to a guide or an ideal setup that would be helpful. So I would say ATM you can barrows... just not effective.
