To complete Lunar Diplomacy do you need 60 mining or can you have a lower mining lvl but take a pot or eat something to boost your lvl?

 

 

 

If so what can i take, im only 55 mining atm.

You need 60 mining, I tried to start the quest without it and it didn't work.

 

Not counting stews, you can only boost your mining by 2 anyway, so getting 60 is your best option.

any suggestions on the quickest way to get 60 mining i just lvled to 56 mining lol.
