If I get 70 range lvl. Would bronze knifes be good enough for the black demons?

Not a good idea. I was using a rune c'bow at 78 range with range pots, and only hit them 1/2-1/3rd of the time. You'd hit even less with knives.

Ok. So mage bow with iron arrows?

Mithril arrows are recommended, and even then you wouldn't get good xp. They're not really a good training option at level 70.
