July 17, 200817 yr It has come to my attention, with verification of several other witnesses and several forum mods, there is a very serious bug with the new bank update. Many people have comfirmed their valuable items have been lost forever. The Bug: Sometimes when depositing an item, instead of going in your bank, the item will be dropped on the ground without taking you out of the bank screen. There are confirmed reports of people closing their banks and items they thought they deposited appearing on the ground. If you do not pick up the item, it WILL vanish. This bug happened to a friend of mine and she lost her DFS, so it IS real, and IS very serious. Jagex has not yet fixed this, and will not return any items lost, so I would advise everyone to keep a close eye on their valuable items.

July 18, 200817 yr Wow, I don't have any particularly valuable items but this is very serious. Have you sent this into jagex? They really need to know about this, and i'm sure they will get onto it pronto. You don't want anyone losing phats and the like :?
