Note: I dont hate jagex, just something i started typing to my friend in game and thought it was funny.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

in a time where runescapers were in an interactive rpg game, with hundreds of quests and skills, it seemed as if nothing could go wrong. but then, all of these quote "updates" started coming. People were over joyed however they knew not that the endless swarm of them would come to be found, "not fun" and "stupid"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is the story.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At the runescape headquarters...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"Alright, were running out of ideas. So we've decided to resort to the last straw, loans."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"Loans? like real money loans?"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"no, i mean in the runescape bank. players will be able to take out loans. hundreds will flock to the game to get their hands on the precious gp!"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"ah excellent tom!"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

so the jagex team installed the loan package, soon after, every player had about an average of 100 mil. it was such a terrible crisis, even dragon and the newer armours had been rendered worthless now, nothing was worth selling, and everything was bought, rune stores and other stores had players from all over trying to get their hands on the items they sold. Jagex had to take action by making a new armour.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"Alright, jim, were not looking so hot here. We need a new armour."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"Yeah, hmm.. how about the purple armour?"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"purple? honestly jim! be creative!"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"ok ok... how about... hmm what rhymes with rune.... uhh... prune!"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"yes thats it! the prune armour! we can put it in stores right away!"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"fraid not, tom, we need to have them kill a monster for it!"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"oh of course, how about the prune dragon? make it in the wilderness?"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"yes yes! this months behind the scenes can be, dragons!"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"alright, you make more quests leading up to this and ill get the final one ready!"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"right!"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So they made the prune dragon, and it was level 675, since everybody had the best stuff, jagex suffered many people who quit the game. mainly because most were killed from the dragon. Afterwards, jagex sat in a cafe along side sega and atari, and lived happily ever after.

Well that was comical. you know it will happen eventually... Except that they won't be as stupid to put in loans, but like a low level monster that drops 500k every drop always... Loans require too much thinking, and Jagex would probably take the easy way out. He He!

its about to happen with seeds, the problem is no one will want to plant a rare 100k seed and get some apple back.

 

 

 

so ppl will get wound up cos they cant plant anything anywhere cos it will be fullof potatos or full of trees that only one person can pick.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

so thay will put it on plots and then there will be no room lift so u will have to pay for land to plant on.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

then what u planted all these seeds now what only a few ppl have got the millions of seeds than would be needed to sustain themselves but average joe bloggs1312 what can he do 'i have 4 seeds and 4 holes yay 4 pototes and a seed and no i have 5 potatoes, ummmm ahhhh ummm what now cos i have no seeds left.' or it will be ' plant a seed come back 30 minutes later 'ohh a potato' 30 minutes later 'yay more potato.' 1 day later 'yay i have 48 potatoes and i have sold them for 90 gp hmmm i did all that for 90gp.

and its very ovise when u think about it, only a few ppl really will have the time or effort to plant seeds cos of the lack of space

Haha yes that is the last straw letting people have loans. Not bad a bit strange but that's fine 8/10 :)

this idea could work i got it when writing another post, its about intrest from ur cash in the bank, but it sorter levals out at the end.

more money more intrest but also less at the same time at the begining u get 4 times as much at the end u get start losing your gainings, so what u do... hold ur cash, u die u lose it but ppl have money in the bank and so my insurence idea is resuracted, with a twist. the more money u got the less money u get off intrest so, ppl begin spending to acculate. they dont even realise they are shelling out millions to get little bits of cash. so the market takes a nose dive.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

bang, instant wipeout everyone bought items because they get money for not haveing any, but with no stock out there they begin selling for extrem cut price. boom, about 7trillion gp disappers in to thin air, the noobs and f2p are unaffected so they get a few hours as top dogs. then the market stabilise and rs just went though a huge crash and burn senario. soon things get back to normal but they have lost a few billion gp on each sever.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

we have seen the shut off effect as no one really recovers and when they do they have lost their chances at the super cut prices, or have they. the ppl who saw what was happening relised and began to hoard all goods, they gain full suppile and demand afterward and from this a hand full of hyper rich ppl come out. so jagex release the weapons of war, the anynomse hacker appers and hacks all but 2 of the the new hyper accounts. the other 2 go into top programing to protect themselves and the ever changing password is employed, a hackers dream. but jagex is beats them to it and now their is only one really powerfull account left.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the game by this point has resettaled and everyone is enjoyin the new money source, because its once a day everyday on or off jagex makes money no matter what is happening. f2p has a huge number become members all thinking that they will be millionaires, the second market crash happens because something like 50000 ppl became members thats $250000 in one week. but the second crash does not reasult in a huge loss of money the moobs (non to member) and huge gain for the members but the trasaction begins to build up now so less moey is going in but so what money is pouring in.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

but then the source of moobs drys up, money hits the wall as eveyone is investing in stuff to sell to moobs but guess what with no new ones the stuff is hard to shift, most is was left over so the already slashed price is lowered even futher and so ppl like we will then buy something like full drag for 100k. so now the market has fully recoved and now comes the final blow.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the hyper rich is now sitting scared, as someone once said 'once you have something, you fear losing it' so u have: a load of people strutting about in the new stuff they just got, a bunch of people on f2p, rsc has about 5 ppl on and shuts down, a few now big shots from the second crash and 1 paranoid person with about 3 times the size of the rest of the money one rs in her/his bank, which is collecting about 10gp a day at most. so now what does he/she do...free give away suddenly 2times as much money as was known to exist, is droped around runescape. so there is the final hicup. then jagex turns off the intrest , on the grounds it was destroying runescape, althought the worst part is over.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

so out of this who are the winners:

 

 

 

jagex- shuts down rsc with near no losses, gets about a $6mil bonus and has taken over huge amounts of money anyway.

 

 

 

ppl like me- they get huge bonus and alot of pride

 

 

 

moobs- they get a huge boost in to the rs world

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the losers:

 

 

 

jagex- has about a 30% loss of players after due to the draw is off as there is no intrest or rsc.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the hyper rich- ended up on the reciving end of jagex's mystert hacker

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the paranoid person- ends up a some one who wont log on incase they got hacked, but wont stop payin gthe fee beacuse they have what they always wanted, but because they gave alot of stuff back he is able to recover

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the rich be4- they lose a ton of cash on about 200k in all (top amount of time would be a month 6000*30=210k), but they get over it and regain control.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

conclution- over 1000billion gp is lost to everything, the trades are super cheap, whcih is then sold on and one until some dies ansd loses it. and jagex is better of by at least 1mill a month, not to mention the new player brought to the game by this intrest idea.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

oh and rsc would be gone, money would have been super slowed, updates would be put on hold, and anything else. only bad thing would be over population

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

problem- never happen as anyone who reads this will know what to do.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

so the fact is anything surgested has such a low chance of every begin used
