Summoning quick questions

i went away for 6 month from runescape just as soon as summoning came out (which means i kinda missed on 24 weeks of tears) so now i have to level up summoning from lvl 6 to my goal

 

 

 

so i missed out the time when people where showing off their new lvl 30 ZOMG NEW SUMMONING CREATURE.. oh wait its just a honey badger -.-

 

 

 

anyway i have couple of questions i need answering that i cant find the answers to anywhere:<

 

 

 

- where exept waterfiends is a good place to get crimson shards and green charms

 

- is it better for me to alc my pouches or trade them back for shards (which would save me more money assuming i do not buy the nats)

 

- how much money on adverage does it cost to get to 70 summoning

 

- is there any player made guides on summoning anywhere ? :P

and theres 4 weeks in a month :P 6x3 =24
