July 25, 200817 yr Serum 207 is cheap since it uses tarromin and ashes. Also, do quests that give either xp lamps ( one small favour, for example) or herblore exp (Eadgars ruse,). You need to at least start Shades of Morton up to where you have to make a Serum 207 to talk to the city folk.
