July 25, 200817 yr I always do the slayer otwerr ones. The mutated ones are cannonable I think, so if you have a cannon and/or the cash to spend, consider these. Get good magic defence for them. They are nice xp if you melee them also. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...
July 25, 200817 yr You have three options: * Slayer Tower: usually very crowded, especially if you want to range them * Mutated: great if you own a cannon * God Wars Dungeon: never a soul to be seen... They give more xp than the slayer tower ones (132 hp versus 120 hp) I've always used GWD, because I wanted to range them. There are plenty of safespots and no irritation due to the crowds. If money isn't an issue and you want extremely fast slayer experience instead of combat xp, cannon the mutated ones.
July 25, 200817 yr I ended up doing 3 quests to unlock the mutated ones, and i don't regret it at all, sure a cannon can be costly as you use a tonne of cballs, but the ultra fast slayer xp makes up for it. If you don't feel comfortable using 1.5k cballs a task stick with slayer tower. Also, if you can't afford the cballs, but can afford a few pray potions, just pray melee down there and let them attack, their hp is huge and you hit often and hard with a black mask/super set, it also saves clicking, and the mutated ones have no competition what so ever. I'm at Karamja ranging lessers... if I don't kill him in time people run underneath my foe and steel my arrows. Why! Have some decency and let me finish off the monster and get my arrows that I earned you PIG! Otherwise i have to run out to grab my arrows, get hit, and go back.. and guess what!, by then they stole my lesser! BASTARD! 100% P2P
July 25, 200817 yr I enjoy the slayer tower ones,myself...probably because if I get bored I can switch easily to another monster that's pretty easy to kill.
July 25, 200817 yr Even if you dont have a cannon or the money to supply prayer potions for the Mutated Bloodveld and their extremely good experience, doing the quest will be very useful. There is a room near the mutated blooveld with just normal bloodveld that is completely empty on every world. It's perfect for those who dislike fighting the crowds at the slayer tower.
July 25, 200817 yr Author I might buy 1k cannon balls and see how far that gets me. I need 85 range also so that will be good to get some range exp
